Epigram is an intentional haven designed for intellectual rigor, philosophical clarity, and serene contemplation. When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Publish defamatory, abusive, harassing, or hateful content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property or copyright of third parties.
• Deploy automated bots, unauthorized scrapers, or DDoS tools against our infrastructure.
• Distribute commercial spam, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes.

4. AI-Assisted Tooling & Editorial Responsibility

The AI-assisted formatting and card-splitting tools in the Writing Studio (Google Gemini) are aids that help authors work faster. The author who publishes a piece is responsible for its accuracy, originality and compliance with copyright.

5. Beta Service & Availability

Epigram is an evolving product. Select capabilities (including private mobile beta builds and advanced AI experiments) are offered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant uninterrupted or bug-free operation during rapid feature iterations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epigram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the platform.
